1. Rental Price and Deposit:

The Client agrees to pay the Company the total rental price  and a refundable deposit at the time of signing this Agreement. The deposit will be refunded to the Client upon the satisfactory return of the rented accessories, less any deductions for damages or late return as described in Section 2 below.

  2.Damages and Late Returns:

The Client understands and agrees that any damages to the rented accessories, other than normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit. The Company will conduct a thorough inspection of the accessories upon their return, and any costs incurred for repairs or replacements will be deducted accordingly.

Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that returning the rented accessories beyond the agreed-upon end date will result in additional charges. For every day that the Client is late in returning the accessories, a late fee of daily rent will be deducted from the deposit.

   3.Liability:

The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of the rented accessories during the rental period. The Client assumes all responsibility for the proper and safe use of the accessories.

  4.Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phuket, Thailand.
